PLEASE PROVIDE INPUT FOR THE SUMMIT

The ASAHP Clinical Education Task Force has developed a paper, "Clinical Education in Transition: Recommendations and Strategies from the Clinical Education Task Force of the Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions," that provides 5 recommendations to improve the effectiveness of clinical education and the partnerships among academic institutions and health care providers.

Your input is needed to help define the importance, the level of interest and the level of engagement of each of these recommendations in both academic and clinical/practice settings.  This survey intends to gather responses from individuals in different areas of academia and clinical practice.

To better inform the summit activities, regardless if you can attend the 2019 ASAHP Summit, we respectfully request that you complete this survey to provide feedback on those recommendations.  We will not ask for any identifying information and all respondents’ data is anonymous. Participation is voluntary and you can opt out of this survey at any time.

At the end of this survey, you will be asked if you are interested and available to attend to the Summit's face-face session on May 31, 2019 at Saint Louis University from 11:00-5:00 pm through a separate link.
