Revised Draft Of Better Care Reconciliation Act Released

On July 20, Senate leaders released a revised draft of the Better Care Reconciliation Act, legislation aimed at repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act. This no version omits an amendment by Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) that would have allowed insurers who sell a minimum number of compliant health plans on the marketplaces to also sell non-compliant products off of the marketplaces.
