Three scenarios for addressing the Affordable Care Act seem most likely, no matter the regulatory and legislative paths taken to reach to each, according to modeling conducted by PricewaterhouseCooper’s Health Research Institute (HRI) and Strategy&, the firm’s strategy consulting practice, in a July 2017 update of a report that was published in April of this year.
