Misleading claims, unlicensed practitioners, and medical billing issues rank No. 6 among U.S. consumers' top 10 complaints in 2016, according to a new report from the Consumer Federation of America. Health services complaints also represented the third fastest-growing consumer grievance in 2016, behind fraud (No. 1) and cable, phone and internet services (No.2).
