The U.S. Department of Education (ED) released a proposed rule on Title IX sexual assault. A 60-day comment period will be announced. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos in September 2017 rescinded the 2011 and 2014 guidelines issued by the Obama administration on campus sexual assault. Since then, she has been gathering information from a wide array of groups.
