Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) created Promoting Health and Cost Control in States (PHACCS), an initiative that pinpoints the most promising evidence-based policies to provide state leaders with policy recommendations to best promote healthy lifestyles and control costs. A new report is the first publication of the PHACCS initiative.
