Registration will begin on Monday, February 6.

Rooms are being offered at a rate of $175/night, plus tax, which will be honored three days before and after the meeting, based on availability. Reservations can be made by going to www.rancholaspalmas.com or by calling (866) 423-1195 and using the group name "ASAHP." The cut-off date for the group room block is Tuesday, February 28.

The hotel is located 11 miles from Palm Springs International Airport.

The 2012 ASAHP Spring Meeting will feature the following:

- Deans’ Memorial Lecture by Randall Lambrecht, Vice President for Research and Academic Relations at Aurora Health Care, and former Dean of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee
- Accreditation panelists’ views on student assessment and learning outcomes
- A presentation on Innovative Clinical Education Models: Implications for Workforce Development.
