As the 21st century unfolds, the Association will place emphasis on activities that aim to enhance: increased funding opportunities for member-institutions to engage in research, leadership training, identification and dissemination of best practices in education, student recruitment into the health professions, and the development of benchmarking tools for scholarship, research, and finance.
