AFFORDABLE CARE ACT DREW HEALTHIER CLIENTS IN 2ND YEAR OF OPERATION

A new analysis from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) suggests that the government-run insurance exchanges attracted a healthier pool of clients in their second year of operation. Officials indicate the data could counter industry concerns about the viability of the exchanges and that premium increases for health law marketplace plans also could stabilize.
