ASAHP 2026-2027 Membership Application

Membership Types:

- Institutional Member: An Institution of Higher Education offering a degree or certificate in one or more of the Health Professions. Dues are $5,995.

- Professional Member: A Health Care Institution utilizing workers from health professions. Dues are $5,995.

- Affiliate Member: An organization, association, community college, or agency with an interest in the mission and purposes of the Association but do not meet the criteria for Institutional membership. Dues are $1,750.
