The ASAHP Leadership Development Program (LDP) Committee invites you to participate in a brief Needs Assessment Survey to help shape a new 3-Tier Health Professions Leadership Academy (HPLA). Designed to strengthen the leadership pipeline across the health professions—from emerging to executive leaders—this Academy will reflect the real-world needs and priorities of ASAHP members and institutions. Your input is essential to informing program goals, competencies, delivery formats, and feasibility. The survey will be open until February 13, takes approximately 10–12 minutes to complete, it and we encourage you to complete it and share it with your faculty to ensure broad representation.
