Introduction

Welcome to the Partnerships and Alliances (PA) Committee. We are a collective of ASAHP members committed to expanding the opportunities and benefits of membership for the professional membership category.

The PA committee’s focus is to maintain strong relationships with and increase the number of professional members in ASAHP.

Who are Professional/industry Members?

Health care institutions utilizing workers from allied health professions (e.g. hospitals, health systems, commercial entities, or corporate partners) are eligible for Professional Membership.

Through its representative, professional members

• Have voting privileges

• Encouraged to participate in all facets of ASAHP’s committee structure, including those committees which deal with issues of governance.

• Receive national office updates which contain information on legislative activities and funding opportunities as well as policy and position papers.
